These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of our digital products. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who we are
This store is operated by The Happy Fryer ("we," "us," "our"), a business based in Spain (Plaza de los Fueros 4, 31780 Bera, Navarra, Spain), contactable at support@thehappyfryer.us.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order.
3. What we sell
We sell digital ebooks — air fryer recipe collections and meal-planning guides — delivered by email as downloadable PDF files. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
Our products are for general information and personal use. Recipes, nutrition estimates and meal plans are not medical, dietary or nutritional advice, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have a medical condition, a food allergy, are pregnant, or follow a special diet, talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing how you eat. Always check ingredient labels for allergens.
You are responsible for safe food handling (including cooking meat, poultry and fish to safe internal temperatures) and for using your air fryer according to its manufacturer's instructions. Cooking times and temperatures are guidelines and may need adjusting for your model.
4. Orders, prices and sales tax
All prices are in U.S. dollars. There are no shipping fees on digital products. Where we are required to collect sales tax on digital goods in your state, it is calculated from your billing address and shown at checkout before you pay.
Your order is accepted when we send your confirmation email with your download links. We may change prices, run promotions or discontinue products at any time; a change never affects an order you have already completed. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment processors. We never see or store your full card details. Your bank may charge a foreign transaction fee because our business is based outside the United States; that fee is set by your bank, not by us.
6. Your license to use our ebooks
When you buy an ebook, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read, print and keep it for your own private, non-commercial use, for life. You may use the recipes to cook for your household, family and friends.
You may not:
- resell, rent, sublicense, share or otherwise distribute the files;
- upload them to file-sharing sites, social media, forums, cloud folders shared publicly, or AI training datasets;
- share your download links publicly;
- copy substantial parts of the content for commercial use, or present it as your own.
We (and our licensors) keep all copyright and other intellectual property rights in our products and in this website's content. If you break these license terms, we may end your license.
7. Refunds
Our 30-day money-back guarantee is explained in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Reviews and testimonials
Reviews and testimonials on our site come from real customers and reflect their own experience; individual results vary. We do not pay for reviews or write them ourselves, and we do not hide negative reviews because they are negative. If we ever give a customer something in exchange for a review, we will disclose it next to the review. If you submit a review, you let us display it (with your first name and initial) on our site and in our ads, and you confirm it is honest and based on your own use of the product.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website unlawfully, to try to gain unauthorized access to it, to interfere with how it works, or to scrape or copy it with automated tools.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the website and your download links available at all times, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. If you lose access to a product you bought, contact us and we'll restore it.
11. Disclaimers
Except for the promises we make in these Terms and our Refund Policy, our website and products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise any particular weight-loss, health or cooking result.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim related to a product or to this website is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of these limits may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Resolving problems
Most problems can be fixed with one email. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@thehappyfryer.us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. If we can't, you may bring a claim in the small claims court of the county where you live, or in any other court that has jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms requires you to use arbitration or waives your right to go to court.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, where our business is established. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection of the consumer protection and privacy laws of your state or country of residence that cannot be waived by contract, and you may enforce those rights in the courts where you live.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
16. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Terms of Sale, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your purchase.
