So we can help you on the first reply, please send:

• the email address you used at checkout, and
• your order number (it's in your confirmation email).

Things we can fix right away

• Your download email didn't arrive. Check spam, junk and Promotions first — then email us and we'll resend it.
• A file won't open or download. Tell us which book and which device, and we'll send you a working copy.
• You want a refund. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is explained in our Refund Policy. Just email us — no reason needed.
• You bought the wrong pack. Let us know and we'll make it right.
• Privacy requests. To access, correct or delete your data, or to opt out of targeted advertising, see our Privacy Policy or email us with "Privacy request" in the subject line.
